Consider Scheduling an ABI
If you answered yes to one or more of the questions on the self assessment, we recommend contacting The Heart House to schedule an ABI screening. Based on your input, you may be at risk for developing PAD or other harmful circulatory conditions.
ABI screenings provide essential information about your arterial health and allow for early detection and intervention for a range of symptoms. ABI screening typically only takes about 10-20 minutes to complete and can help detect signs of poor vascular health before more severe symptoms develop.
The benefits of this non-invasive test include:
- Effectively identifies any existing arterial blockages and signs of PAD
- Non-invasive and does not require surgery
- Provides immediate results in a brief office visit
- Detects reduced blood flow early to prevent complications
