Dr. Peter received her undergraduate training at Fordham University. She graduated with an M.D. degree from New York Medical College and performed her Cardiology Fellowship at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

There was a very short wait time. I really liked the doctor, she was informative. They got me in for a heart ultrasound same day. I wish I could have stress test on Route 73 but in all fairness the girl tried for a while with no luck.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Annie Peter for some years now. I am very particular with picking my doctors, a lot of them scold you like a child and it makes you not want to come back. I’ve formed a relationship with her. She will be firm with me in telling me what I need to do, especially when I know what I’m supposed to do and don’t. I take it differently from her because she cares. She will say “you know why I’m saying this to you”. I have recommended her to many people and I will keep recommending her! She saved my life. I had a cough that I never had before and my family Dr. did not take seriously. I was put on steroids and antibiotics several times but the cough came back. This started in June and I saw Dr. Peter in November and I told her my symptoms . She immediately sprung into action telling me a Cat Scan is needed ASAP, 2 days later I found out I had renal cancer. My dad had severe swelling of the ankles due to congestive heart failure. He has been seeing Dr Peter and Dr Levy for 8 months and they were able to return his ankles back to normal.
